Founded in 1999 in Aztec, New Mexico, Kyvek began as an electrical services company serving the oil and gas industry in the San Juan Basin. Built on a commitment to quality and exceptional service, Kyvek expanded in 2018 with a second location in Carlsbad, New Mexico, supporting operations in the Delaware Basin. We have continued to grow our capabilities by adding Systems Integration and Automation services. In 2023, Kyvek further expanded its footprint with the opening of a new location in Gardendale, Texas. With 26 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, Kyvek has earned a reputation as a trusted partner known for quality, service, and reliable execution.

Kyvek expanded its operations to Odessa and Midland, Texas, to support growing oil development. The company offers a skilled workforce, specialized equipment, and the infrastructure needed to build and maintain oil facilities, creating jobs and maintaining exceptional service standards.

I&E Construction
Our I&E construction services support new and existing oil and gas facilities through the installation and commissioning of electrical and instrumentation systems. From electrical wiring and instrumentation installation to control system integration, our experienced team manages every phase of construction to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. We build efficient, high-performance systems tailored to the operational needs of each facility while maintaining full compliance with industry standards and regulations.
I&E Maintenance
Our I&E maintenance services help keep electrical and instrumentation systems operating safely and efficiently. Through preventative maintenance, inspections, troubleshooting, and repairs, our team works to minimize downtime and improve operational reliability. From calibrating instrumentation and fine-tuning control systems to servicing motors, VFDs, starters, and MCCs, we ensure critical equipment continues performing at its highest level while meeting safety standards.
Systems Integration
Our systems integration services support the oil and gas industry through custom automation and control solutions. We specialize in PLC programming, SCADA, and HMI integration to improve the control and monitoring of critical operations such as tank batteries, compressor stations, and SWDs. Our team provides project management, custom control system design, and UL 508A panel shop services while maintaining the highest standards of electrical safety and panel construction. From consultation, implementation, and ongoing support, we deliver reliable automation solutions designed to improve performance, efficiency, and operational safety.
Safety
Our safety department oversees all aspects of workplace safety and ensures compliance with federal, state, and company-specific regulations. We conduct monthly safety meetings and daily safety topics – including classes on PEC, H2S, First Aid/CPR. Our team also conducts onsite crew safety inspections and manages all PPE requirements and training.
Panel Shop
Our panel shop specializes in custom electrical control panel design, assembly, and integration. Using detailed AutoCAD drawings, we develop efficient, high-performance systems tailored to customer requirements. From sourcing components and wiring, testing and commissioning, our team manages every stage of production. We also provide panel upgrades, system modifications, and custom identification tags using aluminum and phenolic materials.
